Picks of the Week – February 27, 2013
Once again, it’s Wednesday. Time for a fresh new batch of comics to read.
WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD
Batman Incorporated #8 (DC Comics) – Let’s face it, this is the comic that everyone is talking about this week. And true to form, this book follows through on all the spoilers. For the casual reader, this story does not stand alone, since it is a part of the larger Leviathan story line. Assuming that this sticks (and I may post an entry on how this won’t stay later), the ramifications of this story will echo throughout the Bat books for some time to come.
FF #4 (Marvel Comics) – It’s date night for She-Hulk, and, if the Moloid children and Bentley 23 can have anything to do with it, it will not go well. A fun little story taking a break from the running story line.
Doctor Who: Prisoners of Time #2 (IDW) – The Second Doctor, Jamie and Zoe find themselves at one of the wildest trading posts in the galaxy. But, some of the proprietors have their sights on auctioning off a very valuable specimen… Jamie.
