Saturday Songs – February 23, 2013

With much of the country blanketed in snow, and with the Northeast’s blizzard of 2013 behind us… and more snow ahead of us, I thought it would be appropriate to pick a cool song that looks like it was shot in all that snow.

This week, we go for something a little off the the standard.

Lindsey Stirling is a violinist who has made a mark on Youtube with her unique style.  here, she joins with vocalist Peter Hollens to perform music from the video game Skyrim.  What you hear is Peter Hollens on vocals along with Lindsey Stirling’s violin… and that’s it.
