Women Rock Playlist – Addenda
A while ago, I posted my Women Rock playlist. Since then, I have found a few more in my collection that definitely would fall on this playlist, as well as a few suggestions from readers.
The Addenda
- Me and Bobby McGee – Janis Joplin – This particular track was on the Watchmen soundtrack
- Fixed at Zero – VersaEmerge (Sierra Kusterbeck lead singer)
- Storm – Theatre of Tragedy (Nell Sigland lead singer) – Leaves’ Eyes singer Liv Kristine was once the part of Theatre of Tragedy
- The Other Side – Sirenia (Monika Pedersen lead vocals) – Sirenia have since brought in Ailyn as vocalist.
- Celebrity Skin – Hole (Courtney Love lead vocals) – I have to admit I’m not a big fan of Love or her band, but I did like this song
- Dreams – Fleetwood Mac (Stevie Nicks vocals) – Nicks shared the vocals with bandmates Christine McVie and Lindsay Buckingham
- Sin City – Meredith Brooks
- Queen of Apology – The Sounds (Maja Ivarsson lead vocals)
- Hella Good – No Doubt (Gwen Stefani lead singer)
- April Rain – Delain (Charlotte Wessels lead vocals)
