The book was set up well, with the quotes on one page and the movie information on the other. The biggest drawback of this book is that while the movies that the quotes come from are given with the quotes, the characters that speak the lines are conspicuously absent. Other than the most famous of quotes and the most obvious, there is little to let you know who actually speaks the lines, which is the most important part of reading the quotes.

The other problem with this book is that it calls itself Cult Movie Quote Book, but it includes quotes from Gone With The Wind, Bridge on the River Kwai, Great Escape and the original Star Wars trilogy, none of these films of which fall into the common definition of a “cult movie.”
